He was solely responsible for initiating first time introductions to over 400+ new and prospective clients and closed over 500,000 square feet of transactions with an aggregate value of $350 million from 2015 to 2022. He targeted managing partners of alternative investment firms with $500M+ AUM securing 25+ firms occupying 250,000 square feet with an aggregate value of over $150 million from 2016 to 2022.
Mr. Lovell was also designated as a single point of contact on behalf of a global financial services firm and global aircraft leasing firm for their worldwide operations representing 540,000 square feet with an aggregate value of $450 million.
He also established a 10-year relationship wih C-suite management team of a world-renowned foundation with over $2.8 billion in assets having represented them on multiple leasing transactions.
Jeff acted as sub-landlord representative for one of the world’s largest multi-national investment banks: Secured 400,000 square feet of disposition transactions in a 2-year period resulting in savings of $220 million.
He represented a privately-owned landlord in leasing 2.3 million square foot office portfolio in Midtown and Downtown Manhattan generating $1,500,000 in annual brokerage since 2017.
Mr. Lovell is respected as an industry leader by every major owner: Vornado Realty Trust, SL Green Realty Corp., Paramount Group, Boston Properties, Empire State Realty Trust and RXR Realty.
He's executed all the processes in a leasing transaction: Strategy development, due diligence, market assessment, site qualification, negotiations, space planning, construction/move-in and ongoing client service and negotiated all customized economic components: HVAC, electric, real estate taxes, operating expenses, options, sublease/assignment and construction costs. He has prepared leasehold cash flow analyses including renewal, disposition, acquisition and relocation assignments
